Weed Man USA had a historical year in 2014, scoring its largest ever signed agreement to date—which led it to expand into 22 new territories in Houston—and adding 86 new territories.

With sales topping nearly $73 million in 2014, the company experienced a 17.6 percent growth in system sales over the previous year. Weed Man USA also saw an average renewal rate of 75 percent, a 3 percent increase over the previous year. In addition, Entrepreneur magazine recognized the brand as a top franchise opportunity, ranking it in the top 100 of its Franchise 500 list for three consecutive years.

With plans to expand into 52 more territories in 2015 and goals to execute franchise agreements in markets such as Chicago, San Antonio, Boston, Memphis, Tenn., Dallas and Jacksonville, Fla., Turf Holdings COO Jennifer Lemcke opined on the company’s past year.

“Our dedication toward providing a culture of quality service has led to phenomenal growth year after year for Weed Man USA,” Lemcke said. “With more than 40 years of experience providing lawn care services to communities across North America, we have become true members of the territories we serve. Our franchisees focus on hiring quality employees who are dedicated to helping our clients solve their lawn challenges.”
