Terex added two skid-steers to its Generation 2 loader line. Both the R260S and V350S come equipped with Tier 4 74 hp diesel engines and offer 10.5 in. of ground clearance and a 24-degree rear angle of departure.

The R260S radius lift path skid-steer loader has a rated operating capacity of 2,600 lbs. and has a 5,200-lb. tipping load and a 6,420-lb. bucket breakout force. According to Terex, the radial lift path configuration of the R260S allows for enhanced visibility when working around existing infrastructure.

The V350S vertical lift path skid-steer loader has an operating capacity of 3,500 lbs. and features a 7,000-lb. tipping load and 5,050-lb. bucket breakout force. Designed specifically for lift-and-carry applications, the V350S has the ability to lift pallets of heavy material, pipe, rebar, blocks and pavers, says the company.

The loader arms on both designs were made to accommodate over-the-tire steel tracks, says Terex, including Loegering F- and Z-Series options. In addition, both can be equipped with the Loegering Versatile Track System, a rubber track undercarriage that bolts to the machines’ hubs.
