Techo-Bloc purchased manufacturing facilities in Waterloo, Ind., and Rock Island, Ill., to meet its growing demand for landscape products in the Midwest and Southern U.S.

As a part of the expansion, Techo-Bloc plans to make investments in technology at the Waterloo and Rock Island plants, plus add a new distribution center in Chicago. Additional job creation also is on the agenda.

“We will continue to seek acquisition opportunities in the U.S. and Canada, with the objective of providing Techo-Bloc’s superior line of landscape products within a greater geographic area,” said President Charles Ciccarello. “Customers can expect the same high standards they’ve grown accustomed to.”
