The acquisitions continue for SiteOne Landscape Supply.
The ever-expanding distributor acquired Stone Forest Materials in Kennesaw, Ga., which has one location and distributes hardscape products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Stone Forest is a terrific fit with SiteOne as they are the clear market leader in the Atlanta, Ga., market for hardscape products,” said Doug Black, CEO of SiteOne Landscape Supply. “The addition of Stone Forest provides a dedicated hardscape center to complement our network of nine locations in Atlanta offering the full range of hardscape, agronomic, irrigation, nursery and outdoor lighting products.”
The acquisition of Stone Forest gives SiteOne its first location dedicated to hardscape supplies in the Atlanta area. SiteOne will welcome all “Stone Forest associates to our family,” Black said.
Stone Forest has an 11-acre show floor, and its Outdoor Lifestyle Showcase features model projects designed to provide project inspiration. The company began in 2003.

This is SiteOne’s second acquisition of 2017. The company has acquired numerous companies since going public in May.
