SiteOne Landscape Supply acquired the Village Nurseries Landscape Centers distribution locations in Orange, Huntington Beach and Sacramento, Calif., from TreeTown USA. This acquisition expands SiteOne’s footprint and nursery offering in California. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“Village Nurseries is a natural fit with SiteOne as they add nursery products to our existing irrigation, agronomic, hardscape and landscape lighting product lines in California,” said Doug Black, chairman and CEO of SiteOne Landscape Supply.
It’s SiteOne’s third acquisition of 2018.
TreeTown USA acquired Village Nurseries’ growing and distribution operations in September.
“The sale of the three landscape centers is being carried out with the strategic target of allowing us to focus more on our core business areas,” TreeTown USA CEO Jonathan Saperstein said.
