SCG Partners acquired the assets of two commercial landscape maintenance companies in Florida. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Jonathan Ives, managing director of the Cleveland-based equity group, also declined to disclose the names of the acquired companies, the cities where the companies were located, the companies’ yearly revenues or the size of the companies’ staffs.
In October, SCG acquired three landscape maintenance companies in Melbourne, Fla. Secrecy also shrouded the October announcement. The combined companies now operate as Green Leaf Landscaping & Irrigation.
The most recent acquisitions mark the group’s fifth and sixth acquisitions in the last 12 months. It acquired another undisclosed Florida company in February—giving only vague details. The company is seeking more acquisitions in the Southeastern U.S.
