People on the Move: Kubota’s Stucke, Ruppert’s new hires

Kubota Tractor Corp’s vice president of sales, marketing & product support, Todd Stucke, was elected to the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) board of directors. Stucke has been vice president for Kubota since 2012 and has more than 25 years of experience in both equipment and agriculture. AEM is the North American-based international trade group for the off-road equipment manufacturing industry, which includes the agriculture, construction, forestry, mining and utility sectors.

Ruppert Landscape’s Richmond, Va., landscape management branch hired Michelle Fletcher as branch administrator, Ross Bretches as enhancement manager and Robert Roszkowski as area manager. The branch also promoted Dylan Augenreich to area manager.

Prior to joining Ruppert, Fletcher worked as office manager/commercial specialist in the insurance industry. She also worked in accounting for several years at her family’s tile business. She is currently enrolled in the business administration program at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and is a Virginia public notary.

Bretches studied landscape architecture at Virginia Tech and has been in the industry for 23 years. He’s worked in both residential and commercial landscape construction in positions such as a landscape construction director, estimator, project manager and building construction manager.

Roszkowski brings 28 years of industry experience, having held management positions in sales and marketing with other industry organizations. He attended the University of North Carolina and is an Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) certified installer and a certified commercial pesticide applicator. He has worked on various award-winning projects, according to the company.

Augenreich graduated from Virginia Tech in May 2014 with a bachelor’s in environment policy and planning. He is a Virginia Nursery & Landscape Association (VNLA) certified horticulturist and a Virginia certified commercial pesticide applicator. He joined the company as a field manager in June 2014.
