The Outdoor Power Equipment Aftermarket Association (OPEAA) selected its 2015-2016 officers and board of directors during its annual meeting, held Feb. 7-9 at the Omni La Mansion Del Rio Hotel in San Antonio.

The new officers include:

• President Franck Sogaard of Jarden Applied Materials;
• Vice President Scott Harris of Blount International;
• Secretary/Treasurer Mitzi Kiefer of Stens Corp.; and
• Immediate Past President Jeff Andrews of Desert Extrusion.

New members to the board of directors are:

• Rodney Deloach of Rotary Corp.;
• Britton Harold of Husqvarna;
• Jim Paugh of NGK Spark Plugs; and
• Bob Wehmueller of Prime Line.

“OPEAA is growing, membership is at a record level and I am excited to lead the association with a strong board that is committed to promoting and growing our industry,” Sogaard said. “In the upcoming year our goal is to refine OPEAA’s strategy to ensure that we position ourselves to better serve the needs of our growing membership.”
