LUSA Holdings LLC, a holding company in Austin, Texas that does business as Landscapes USA, has acquired Peach Tree Landscapes, Nashville, Tenn.
Peach Tree Landscapes provides landscape, irrigation, maintenance and design-build services to office, retail, industrial, multi-family and high-end residential clients. Its 100 employees serve the greater Nashville area and surrounding middle Tennessee counties.
“We selected LUSA to partner with because we believe they will provide the experience, leadership and resources to take Peach Tree to the next level, creating opportunities for Peach Tree’s employees and providing excellent service to our clients,” said company founders Bryan Clayton and Chip Burnette.
LUSA Holdings’ objective is to build a major company in the landscape industry by acquiring top brands. Its Landscapes USA operations are now in six states–Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, California, Florida and Tennessee—and it plans to partner with more companies in the future.

Peach Tree Landscapes will operate business as usual, keeping its name, company principles and employees.
