Held in the first-class Reunion Resort in Orlando, Fla., Nov. 15-17, the event gives landscaping and lawn care professionals the opportunity to work on innovative ways to improve their businesses and to build strong relationships through networking—a perk not typically offered in trade shows.

The keynote presentation, “How to grow your people and your profits the right way,” will be given by Andy Bailey, an entrepreneur who understands what it means to grow a business from the ground up. He’ll use his expertise to help LM Growth Summit attendees outline a clear vision to the goal line through tactics like meeting rhythms, S.M.A.R.T. goals and strategic plans. Using Verne Harnish’s book “Scaling Up” and examples from the landscape industry, Bailey will show attendees how to make more time for the right things and how to increase cash flow, profitability and valuation relative to competition. Attendees will leave with a personalized, actionable plan and have fun doing it.
