Landscape Workshop, a full-service grounds management company based in Alabama, acquired Chemscape’s commercial landscaping division, based in Nashville, Tenn. Terms were not disclosed.
Landscape Workshop ranked No. 71 on the 2015 LM150 list of the largest landscape companies with more than $20 million in 2014 revenue.
By expanding operations to Nashville, the company says it has the scope to perform commercial maintenance throughout Tennessee and Alabama. This move enables Landscape Workshop to maintain more properties for its existing regional customers.
“Not only are we excited to grow Landscape Workshop through the addition of a new branch location, but we’re also extremely excited to grow in the addition of the new team members,” the company said in an announcement on its website.
Many Nashville team members, including Account Manager Patrick Waddell, have transitioned to Landscape Workshop through the acquisition.
