The Engines Division of Kawasaki Motors Corp. is instituting a new warranty program for Australia, Central and South America, New Zealand and U.S. territories. All four-cycle engine sales occurring in those markets will now be covered by a three-year limited warranty.

The company will repair or replace, free of charge, any engine parts found to be defective, under normal use and proper maintenance for 36 months from the date of purchase. This offer is contingent on meeting standard usage and maintenance conditions, as delineated in the warranty document.

“This new warranty applies to all four-cycle engines in our line-up and the expansion to three years of coverage adds even more credibility to the reputation enjoyed by Kawasaki’s engines,” said Tom Moskwa, the division’s director, technical services, quality assurance and new product development.
