John Deere Landscapes (JDL) reached an agreement to acquire Shemin Landscape Supply. The transaction is expected to close at the end of February—no further terms of the deal were disclosed at this time.

The news comes roughly a month after Shemin revealed its plans to open a second location in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in March. With 29 locations serving 18 metropolitan markets in 14 states, Shemin has served the green industry as a supplier for about 60 years.
