Ewing Irrigation & Landscape Supply recently opened two new Florida locations in St. Petersburg and Naples.
The St. Petersburg store’s product selection includes lawn and ornamental, irrigation, hardscapes, sports fields, golf course, landscape and tree supplies and safety products. It’s one of 13 full-service Ewing locations in Florida.
“The opening of Ewing St. Petersburg allows us to serve all of Pinellas County,” said Dwight Forde, branch manager of Ewing St. Petersburg. “We’re excited to be where our customers are and help them continue growing their businesses by providing outstanding customer service and giving them access to all the products they need.”
Forde has more than a decade of experience as a green industry distributor, specializing in agronomics, pest control and landscape lighting.
The Naples location, situated about 160 miles south of the new St. Petersburg store, will service contractors and homeowners in southern Florida with irrigation, turf management, hardscape, pest control, landscape lighting and golf- or sports-field-related jobs.
The Naples store manager Tim Haskins transferred from the Fort Myers store, where he was branch manager.
“Having called Naples home for 47 years, I look forward to introducing the Ewing family culture to our local customers,” said Haskins. “The Naples location will benefit customers with multiple product offerings, sustainability opportunities, business growth and ultimately better flexibility in their day-to-day operations.”
