Conserva Irrigation signed four new franchise agreements in Houston, Scottsdale, Ariz., Lexington, Ky., and Richmond, Va., as part of its goal to expand its national footprint.
The new franchise owners include:
- Jim Driscoll at the Houston location;
- Keith Ortega in Scottsdale;
- Jeff and Toni Schuck in Lexington; and
- Hoa and Natalie Nguyen in North Richmond.

Russ Jundt founded the Richmond, Va.-headquartered irrigation company in 2010—and did so on the principle of water conservation. Today, the company and its franchise model targets the repair and maintenance of both commercial and residential sprinkler systems.
