“Gloria’s done a great job building relationships in the community,” Taylor said. “It’s a good addition to our team.”

Columbia LandCare, which formed in 2009, draws 60 percent of its revenue from its grounds management department, which includes lawn maintenance, turf care and floriculture; 15 percent from irrigation installation and service; and the rest from snow removal and design/build projects.

This is the company’s fifth merger or acquisition in six years.
