Commercial Grounds Maintenance (CGM), a grounds maintenance company located in Peoria, Ill., joined the LandOpt contractor network.

Todd Kollar founded CGM in 1997, when it was known as Green Carpet Lawn Care. In the last 19 years, CGM has grown to include five specific departments: grounds maintenance; shrub and tree trimming; landscaping and projects; fertilizing and weed control; and snow removal and ice control.

“Having a structured plan and knowing that it will work because the principles and processes already are tested is exciting,” he added.

CGM is now the third LandOpt contractor in Illinois.
