Caterpillar’s 903C wheel loader has the power and balance to work in a range of applications, including construction, industrial, agricultural, landscaping and snow removal, says the company.

Additional features on this machine include a universal-type coupler, auxiliary hydraulics, independent levers and a fully-opening hood.

The wheel loader’s operator station includes dual entry doors with sliding windows, a tilting steering column, a centrally located gauge cluster and auxiliary hydraulic control levers.

According to the company, the 903C is powered by a Tier 4, 42-hp Cat C2.4 engine and includes an implement hydraulic system that works through Z-bar linkage to handle the standard or light-material buckets, in addition to 36- or 42-in. pallets. It also has an auxiliary flow of 14 gpm and works with a number of standard-flow hydro-mechanical tools.

The machine can be equipped with three different tire choices, including the 12-in. construction type, the 15.5-in. flotation type and Flexport. Field kits are also available with the wheel loader.
