Reunion Resort | Orlando, Fla.

What is the LM Growth Summit?

The Landscape Management Growth Summit is the industry’s premier — and only — event pairing leading supplier partners with pre-qualified landscaping and lawn care professionals for two days of 1:1 meetings, educational sessions and relaxed professional networking.

Why Attend?

Landscaping and lawn care professionals attend the Growth Summit to discover innovative ways to improve their businesses and build better relationships through networking in a unique environment regular trade shows can’t match.

After being pre-qualified, landscape pros are treated to two days of accommodations, food, beverages and all Summit activities in sunny Orlando, Florida.

It’s free for qualified attendees. You get yourself there, and LM will cover hotel, meals and recreation at a first-class resort!

Attendee FAQs

What’s a “hosted” event?

The “hosted” event format means qualified attendees receive a complimentary conference package, including hotel accommodations, meals, recreation and 1:1 meetings with vendor partners.

How much does it cost?

For qualifying landscape and lawn care professionals, the only cost is your flight. LM covers everything else, including hotel accommodations, meals, drinks, golf and more.

Why should I attend?

In addition to the learning opportunities and 1:1 meetings with our partners our attendees consistently rave about the networking and relationship building:

“This event truly exceeded my expectations. I gained more from this event than any I have ever attended.” — Dayna Wagner, General Manager, Fit Turf

“I love the networking, networking and networking, golf and specialized vendor meetings. It is one of my favorite events.” — Andrew Zeihler, President, Zeihler Lawn & Tree Care

“Thanks for a great event. We had some great discussions with the vendors/experts and also good networking with the other attendees!” — Josh Bare, COO, Arbor-Nomics Turf

What’s a 1:1 meeting?

The Growth Summit’s 1:1 meetings are pre-scheduled, sit-down meetings between our landscape industry attendees and our partners. They’re an opportunity to discuss both sides’ operations, and whether the opportunity for a future business relationship exists. These meetings typically comprise the mid-morning hours of days two and three of the event.

What are expert office hours?

Expert office hours are another of the valuable learning opportunities the Growth Summit provides. LM invites various industry experts to provide attendees with advice on specific facets of their business. Attendees can stop by at any break in the action to get consultation on things like finances, HR, leadership/strategy, legal, marketing, mergers/acquisitions, operations management, safety/risk management, sales, technology & IT services and more. Exact expert office hour details will be available closer to the event date.

Where does the LM Growth Summit take place?

The Growth Summit is held at the beautiful Reunion Resort in Orlando, Florida. All meetings, networking events, meals, golf, etc., are held on the grounds, and everything is within walking distance.

How do I qualify to attend?

To attend you must be a decision-maker from a landscape or lawn care company with $500,000-plus in annual revenue in the Turf + Ornamental Care segment.

Who can I contact for more information on attending?

Landscape pros interested in attending, or receiving more information should contact, LM editorial director Marisa Palmieri at mpalmieri@northcoastmedia.net or 216.706.3764.

Workshop

Get a Grip on Your Business: The Entrepreneurial Operating System

Workshop presenter Ken Bogard has more than 10 years of management and consultative experience in numerous industries. A majority of his impact has been in the landscape management, supply and service industry. His “know honesty” approach has delivered significant financial gains, improved leadership collaboration, structured strategic direction and developed “built-to-last” mentalities within numerous small and medium sized organizations. Some of Bogard’s successes have included: organizational restructuring, owner buyout, pricing strategies, marketing, talent acquisition, operations management, aggressive sales approaches, change management and team alignment.

During the workshop, Bogard will explain how the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) helps people get what they want from their businesses. EOS provides a complete system with simple tools to help you do three things:

  1. Vision: from the standpoint of first getting your leaders 100 percent on the same page with where your organization is going and how it is going to get there;
  2. Traction: from the standpoint of helping your leaders to become more disciplined and accountable, executing well to achieve every part of your vision; and
  3. Healthy: helping your leaders to become a healthy, functional cohesive leadership team.
