SavATree—No. 16 on the 2018 LM150 list—acquired Brooks and Barber Tree Management in Bedminster, Pa.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The deal expands the reach of SavATree’s existing Bucks County branch, allowing it to better serve landscapers throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.

Brooks and Barber was founded in 1986 by Craig Brooks. Brooks plans to stay on and will use his decades of experience in tree care and management to provide a seamless experience for current clients, according to the company.
