Rotolo Consultants (RCI) acquired Massengale Grounds Management (MGM), a commercial landscape maintenance company with operations throughout south Louisiana.

Terms of the deal, which took place in December 2017, were not disclosed.

RCI is No. 42 on the 2017 LM150 list of top revenue-generating firms with $38,000,000 in 2016 revenue.

Based in Slidell, La., RCI employs more than 600 people across its nine locations. MGM employs about 80 people during peak season.

We anticipate additional acquisitions in 2018 in our core geographies as well as expansion into adjacent markets.”
