New Holland Construction expanded its compact track loader lineup to include the C237 compact track loader.

“Our customers told us that while the C238 will fit their needs for lifting and carrying, they didn’t need all the horsepower to complete their tasks,” said Doran Herritt, product marketing manager for New Holland Construction. “Because of this feedback, we developed the C237 to have the same operating capacity of the C238 but with a 74-hp engine that does not require diesel exhaust fluid.”

The vertical lift C237 model holds fast to steep slopes and move easily through various terrains. It can also lift more hay bales and haul heavier pallets and bigger boulders, New Holland said.

According to New Holland, the C237 model features:

  • 74 hp engine;
  • 3,700-pound rated operating capacity at 50 percent tipping load (7,400-pound tipping load);
  • Long track base of 64.5 inches, with 17.7-inch wide tracks;
  • Low ground pressure of 4.3 psi; and
  • Strong bucket tip and lift breakout forces of 7,360 pounds and 6,110 pounds, respectively, with a 78-inch dirt and foundry bucket.

New Holland Agriculture upgraded the Rustler 850 to be available in a four-seat option and a camouflage wrap option.

The upgrades follow the unveiling of the Rustler 850 two-seat vehicle in collaboration with Textron Specialized Vehicles.

“We’re proud to continue the momentum with Textron Specialized Vehicles by releasing a four-seat model and special edition camouflage wrap specifically designed for the New Holland Rustler 850,” said Todd DeBock, New Holland’s marketing manager for tractors under 60 hp. “We were thrilled to see the positive buzz and excitement the new Rustler generated during the February launch and are pleased to expand our offering to consumers looking for a utility vehicle that is equipped for work and ready for adventure.”

The Rustler 850 features on-demand all-wheel drive, electronic power steering, front and rear sway bars for increased traction and handling, 2,000 pounds of towing capacity and a 1000-pound capacity tilt bed. Safety features include a rollover protective structure, a three-point seatbelt system, a front-mounted steel brush guard, headlights and brake lights.

“The Rustler 850’s 62-hp EFI engine is precision-tuned to maximize power and performance and provides superior agility and handling on off-road terrain,” said Daniel Valen, director of product marketing for New Holland North America.

The vehicle’s cowl takes styling cues from current New Holland products and its finish promotes New Holland’s signature blue color in addition to the camouflage wrap option. The new four-seat Rustler 850 and camouflage wrap edition will be available in the U.S. and Canada beginning in fall 2017.
