John Deere Landscapes acquired Tieco, a supplier of irrigation, pump and well supplies.

Tieco has six locations, serving customers in Huntsvile, Ala.; Montgomery, Ala.; Mobile, Ala.; Pensacola, Fla.; Fort Walton, Fla.; and Panama City, Fla.

“The acquisition of Tieco expands our presence in Alabama and Florida with well-located branches, talented and experienced associates and a reputation for quality products and services that has been built over 40 years,” said Doug Black, CEO of John Deere Landscapes. “We welcome our new associates and are glad to have them joining our team.”

Effective Oct. 19, John Deere Landscapes will rebrand as SiteOne Landscape Supply. The company filed for a $100 million initial public stock offering on Aug. 18.
